Use this subject line: Reanite Account Deletion Request.

What to include

• Your Reanite account email address.
• A clear statement that you want your account and associated Reanite data deleted.

What may be deleted

• Account information linked to your Reanite account.
• Saved stories and story history linked to your account.
• Related app data stored by Reanite.

What may be retained

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or compliance purposes.

Processing

We may need to verify account ownership before completing a deletion request. Eligible requests will be processed within a reasonable period after verification.
